The Now & Zen Team headed down to San Diego to produce the opening show for the Oakley AFA (Apparel, Footwear, and Accessories) 3-day Global Sales Meeting.
In the two months leading up to the event, Now & Zen worked closely with Oakley executives, merchandisers, and brand team to strategize and design a show that would bring Oakley’s vision to life for its 300 attendees in a way they had never experienced before. With the help of our long-time partners at Satis&Fy, we were able to transform Parq Nightclub into the perfect setting for Oakley to unveil their Spring/Summer ’16 collection.
• A social media “wall” in which audience members had the opportunity to tweet/Instagram using a special hashtag created for the event and see their posts appear on the screen upon entry.
• A dynamic and exciting fashion show incorporating 12 male and female dancers, utilizing the entire nightclub and showcasing Oakley’s collection through impactful music, lighting, props and movement.
• Presentations by Oakley executives and video content produced by the Now & Zen team aimed to inspire the Oakley sales force over the course of their meeting.
