Over the course of 16 days, competing athletes are on a global stage like no other — from the opening ceremony procession to the unforgettable displays of courage, talent, and determination that lead to each emotional medal ceremony. Now & Zen assisted in crafting a topical and entertaining show that highlighted Turner’s impressive portfolio and the company’s ongoing commitment to consumers and advertisers. Now and Zen said farewell to 2015 in the tropical paradise of Fajardo, Puerto Rico. We were honored to be a part of Nike’s North America Fall ’16 Go-To-Market Meeting. Over the course of 10 days, Now and Zen produced 5 shows on the event’s main stage, as well as the closing night party in a unique and beautiful space. Highlights included an opening show starring 18 dancers, four free runners, one actor, and six Olympic athletes, a fashion show introducing key looks for Fall 2016, and a talent show featuring Nike’s most gifted North American team members.VIEW PROJECT

Now and Zen kicked off the fall quarter by heading up to the Pacific northwest to Nike WHQ in Beaverton, Oregon, to produce the opening session of Nike’s Investor Relations Meeting.
We brought in a small yet mighty team to provide speaker support and coaching; facilitate rehearsals; assist with the development and design of presentation decks; and execute the backstage duties of stage management, teleprompting, and production coordination. The Now & Zen Team headed down to San Diego to produce the opening show for the Oakley AFA (Apparel, Footwear, and Accessories) 3-day Global Sales Meeting.
In the two months leading up to the event, Now & Zen worked closely with Oakley executives, merchandisers, and brand team to strategize and design a show that would bring Oakley’s vision to life for its 300 attendees in a way they had never experienced before. For its first major project of 2014, Now & Zen Productions directed the launch of Nike’s newest football innovation — the Magista. Joined by FC Barcelona star Andrés Iniesta, Nike executives revealed that the Magista, in development for the past four years, is the first football boot to include Flyknit technology. In anticipation of the 2013 FIFA Confederations Cup and the 2014 FIFA World Cup, Now & Zen Productions worked closely with Nike Global to launch the Hypervenom boot — a new innovation in Nike football technology. In February 2013, Nike joined together with First Lady Michelle Obama and the Let’s Move campaign to pledge $50 million to combat the epidemic of inactivity among America’s youth.
